Womens/TF/GNC Ai Weiwei Sculpture Ride

Join us for another one of our social city rides where we will visit Ai Weiweis latest public-art works around Manhattan, "Good Fences Make Good Neighbors”, his largest public-art project to date!

The works are displayed on top of buildings, around bus shelters and at newsstand kiosks, as well as in Washington Square Park and Central Park.

The exhibit stands as a platform to address the refugee crisis, is a response to the political and social impulse to divide people from each other, and ultimately serves as a love letter to immigrants who have made NYC their home and to residents who have welcomed them.

“In the city, you never feel that you’re a foreigner,” Ai says. “This is for the people of New York.”

We will meet at Sun and Air Saturday at 10am and roll out at 10:30am sharp.

Helmets are required.

This is part of our WTF/GNC ride program.

Park Pups!

Whats better than dogs? Riding your bike with your dog!!!

Join us for a short spin from Sun And Air, to the McCarren Park Dog Run. All are welcome on this ride, but four legged friends must be in a backpack or basket. (Because its a group ride, no leashed dogs can run along side riders.)

We will hand in the dog run in the park. Feel free to bring a blanket and just enjoy the park if your pup isn't particularly social.  We can't wait to meet your pup, and see your biking with pup set up!
